This is a brand new street legal motor scooter! I won this brand new scooter in a drawing, complete with title and tags, but after 'discussing' it with my wife, 'we' decided it wasn't something that we should keep. This model normally retails for $1400, but you can get it brand new, never been driven scooter for $1199! This includes all manufacturer's warranties and everything.
